Sweet pepper for women’s health and beauty

Pepper is an ancient cultural plant, which they started to cultivate in its homeland in Mexico and Guatemala even more than 20000 years ago. Mask for fading and tired skin
Chop 1 red sweet pepper, add 1 tablespoon of honey, apply on face skin for 20 minutes, and rinse with water of room temperature.

Rejuvenating mask
Grind a red or yellow sweet pepper, better use a meat grinder. Add 1 beaten egg, 1 teaspoon of sour cream, mix all the ingredients and apply on face for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water, and then wash with cool water.

At sweating of face, neck, hands, or feet, wipe the skin with fresh pepper juice.

To get rid of pigment spots and to moisturize the skin
Clean your skin and lubricate it with olive oil. Cut the peppers into strips and put them on face for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm green tea brew and apply some moisturizing cream.

To improve pale dry skin
Mash 1 pepper; add 1 teaspoon of carrot juice and 1 teaspoon of sour cream, put on face for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water, and then wash with cold water.

For oily skin treatment
Chop 1 sweet pepper, add 1 tablespoon of yogurt or sour milk, add 1 egg white and apply on face for 15 minutes, rinse with warm water, and then wash with cool water.

Pepper mask for dry skin
Take 2 tablespoons of pepper pulp; add 1 mashed yolk, 1 tablespoon of sour cream and 1 tablespoon of minced oatmeal. After 15 minutes, wash off the mask with parsley decoction.

For fading skin
Mix 2 tablespoons of pepper pulp with 1 tablespoon of oatmeal flour, 1 teaspoon of honey, and 2 drops of lemon juice; add a little bit of olive oil so as to obtain a paste. Apply on face for 15 minutes, rinse with warm water.
